Our Client requires a Technical Support and Application Engineer to assist customer's enquiries both technical and commercial. Duties include the tracking of responses in CRM system. Become "the expert" technically on assigned products. Train customers on product features. Communicate effectively in writing and orally with management and co-workers. Know company goals and polices. The ideal Candidate will have a minimum of HNC in Electrical (preferred) with at least 3-5 years experience. Experience in control, protection, and operation of reciprocating engines and electrical power generation. Good computer skills. Effective communicator. Ability to multi-task.  Experience in and general knowledge of the Distribution Generation market. Experience in and general knowledge of electrical power generation.
