Site Project Engineer - Cheshire - P0203
Our Client is a
multi-disciplinary consultancy which has been a major force in
the Energy & Building Services marketplace for over 50 years.
They build successful teams around some of the world's leading
experts in the fields of Energy & Environmental Services,
Building Services Design, Property Appraisal Services & People
Solutions. The successful candidate will have excellent
communication & organisational skills to oversee & coordinate
construction works between the main contractor & the client,
with leadership of daily site planning & progress review
meetings. An understanding of CHP design & construction
requirements for the installation of primary plan in major
operational NHS hospitals is preferred as is an understanding of
heat distribution systems for steam, HTHW & LTHW heating
systems. The ideal candidate will also have an understanding of
electrical power distribution & control philosophy of the design
including HV & BMS systems. The ability to certify completed
works & supervise commissioning & performance testing, liaise &
agree on detailed construction programmes with all
stake-holders. The ability to produce operation and
maintenance documentation prior to final issued to the client,
as well as reports analysing project progress, specification
documents & General Arrangement Layout drawings. This is a
permanent position & the projects are initially at Preston and
Warrington. |
