Senior Building Services Manager - Nottinghamshire - M357

Our Client is actively seeking a suitable candidate to join their expanding team of ambitious and innovative sustainable building professionals.  The role is for a Senior Building Services Engineer who has the ability and entrepreneurial skill to expand and develop this important area of their business.  They expect the successful candidate to be able to quickly progress to Associate/Director level within the Company. Must have great technical and people management skills and will be comfortable taking on the responsibility of actively growing this side of the business. Must be able to work independently but also as part of a supportive and friendly team.  A strong background in M&E design, specification and project management of new buildings (perhaps with a mechanical bias); ideally MCIBSE; proven experience in a wide range of different commercial buildings; experience of a wide range of renewable technologies; good Building Regulation and BREEAM/Code knowledge and experience; experience of managing a small team of assistants and subcontractors.  This is a permanent position and carries a competitive salary.
