Senior/ Principal Building Services Consultant - Hertfordshire - M343

A Building Services/Renewables Consultancy currently have a vacancy for a Senior/Principal Building Services Consultant.  Personal Qualities: Degree or higher qualification preferably Building Services or engineering/science with specific higher qualifications in renewable energy; highly motivated; engaging; ambitious; flexible; and genuine commitment to sustainability. Technical Qualities: Minimum of 5 years experience; proven track record; detailed design/delivery; wider understanding of the low carbon agenda; be aware of technical and regulatory developments. Commercial Qualities: Entrepreneurial; have established network of contacts; management skills; time keeping; organisational skills; business planning.  Permanent position with a salary in the range of £35k-£50k.
