BREEAM Consultant with
Energy Specialism - Hertfordshire - M341
Our Client currently has a permanent, full-time vacancy for a
BREEAM Consultant with Energy specialism. They require a
proactive, adaptable member of staff who can join their team of
BREEAM APs and assessors. Key responsibilities include
responsibility for project management of the delivery of BREEAM
information required schedules, report writing and
certification; Sustainable building design consultancy,
particularly in relation to BREEAM requirements; Preparation of
energy strategy reports. Essential requirements: Educated
to degree level in a suitable scientific or engineering
discipline; Proven background ideally within building services
consulting but will consider energy/environmental consulting;
Delivery focused with excellent organisational skills, willing
to travel within UK, comfortable working to deadlines and
ability to manage a challenging and diverse workload; Strong
client facing skills; BREEAM qualifed in Education, Bespoke or
multi-residential; Able to demonstrate relevant breadth of
experience in applying BREEAM. Desirable Skills and
Expertise: BREEAM/LEED AP qualified; Thermal dynamic simulation
and daylighting modelling using IES; LCEA qualified; CSH
assessor; NHER/PassivHaus Planning Package experience.
Salary commensurate with experience.
