near Bournemouth, our client is a small but highly successful HVAC
Consultancy who are urgently seeking an experienced Mechanical HVAC
Building Services Design Engineer to fill a challenging and rewarding
position within a firm of Consultants serving the South of England.
The successful candidate should be degree qualified in a relevant field
of Mechanical Building Services Design Engineering, and will be able to
demonstrate self motivation and a range of skills with the ability to
build close relationships with clients on a one to one basis over a wide
range of projects. They should also be conversant with modern design
software packages including AutoCAD and Hevacomp and should be fully up
to date with all relevant building regulations, CIBSE codes and guides,
knowledge which they should constantly be looking to keep up to date.
The successful candidate will be involved in a wide range of both Public
and Private sector projects including renewable and energy efficient
designs from inception through to completion, requiring a range of
management and communication skills, both written and verbal.
The successful candidate will be based in an idyllic rural setting in
the South of England, working with a team of like minded individuals. An

Contracts / Project Engineer
specialising in Air Conditioning is required by a small friendly Air
Conditioning company in West Midlands. Our client is looking for a
Projects Engineer with Air conditioning experience, who resides within
the West Midlands area (or who would be willing to relocate). The
successful candidate will be required to oversee and ensure
profitability of retail, commercial and leisure air conditioning and
ventilation projects throughout the UK, ranging from £5K to £250K,
reporting to the Senior Contracts Manager of this small family business.
They must be fully computer literate, self motivated, personable, able
to liaise effectively at all levels, and have good Project Management
experience. A company vehicle and mobile phone are provided as tools of
the trade and which do not constitute benefits in kind or salary
enhancement.
An excellent remuneration package is on offer including competitive
