Electrical Design Engineer - Oxford/Solihull - E334

Our Client requires an Electrical Design Engineer with design experience within the Building Services industry.  Must have the ability to take projects from conception through to completion and will be qualified with an electrical discipline.  Provide engineering capability to the Building Services Section of their Solihull office and the offices of a Client in Oxford; anticipated that there will be 3 days in Oxford and 2 days in the Solihull offices as well as support to all of their offices which will be required from time to time.  The position is a fixed term contract for 12 months working 35 hours per week.  Qualifications: MCIBSE/MIEE Degree in Electrical Engineering or Building Services preferred.  Minimum of 5 - 10 years experience. HNC or degree qualified with IEng/CEng or IEng/CEng potential. Main responsibilities: Electrical Building Services engineering design to company standards; carrying out design calculations; preparing technical specifications; preparing drawings for drafting by others; representing Company at group meetings; site surveys and inspections; maintaining records and archives to company standards; manage own workload.
