CAD Technician/Designer

Our Client is an Office Fit-Out/Space planning & Design company
who are looking to recruit a CAD Technician/Designer.
The ideal candidate will be capable of working alone and be
self-motivated. Strong communication skills and good
overall experience. On average there are 6 projects running at
any one time that will vary in value from £100k to £1M but on
average be around £250k. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Vectorworks, Photoshop and Sketchup. Build Regs
knowledge, site surveys, floor plans, etc. London based to start but
company moving to Colchester, Essex in October. Salary £30k
- £35K.
