Architectural Technician -
Cumbria - A1004
Our Client, established over 100 years ago, is based in
Carlisle, Cumbria and has a reputation for building projects in
rural areas and sensitive environmental sites such as the Lake
District and urban sites in cities throughout the north of
England, southern Scotland and across the UK. Projects are
wide ranging and include industrial, commercial buildings,
conservation, education, leisure, healthcare, research Labs and
retail. This is a permanent role and as such only
candidates prepared to work on a permanent basis should apply.
Essential requirements are: ideally based within commuting
distance of Carlisle; must have a least 5 years UK experience;
must possess technical skills ie producing working drawings,
site surveys, etc; and must have UK Building Regulations.
Salary negotiable.
