specialising in Healthcare projects has a vacancy for a Year-out RIBA I
Student placement. Some experience of Healthcare projects would be an
advantage. Microstation preferred but cross-training from AutoCAD may be

have demonstrable design skill and a confident and professional manner,

is a small practice working mainly in the education and private
residential sectors. They are currently looking to recruit a Part 1
(Year Out) Assistant to start ASAP.
Our client is a practice which places great emphasis on detailing, and
this position presents candidates with the chance to develop their
skills in the planning and construction of education and high
specification residential projects. Many of our clients projects are
extensions and remodelling of listed buildings.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to take
responsibility for the development of projects under supervision, from
inception to completion.
Our client is looking for someone who is competent with both AutoCAD and
Vectorworks, with an awareness of general IT and the ability to work in
a team. They should be enthusiastic, flexible and have a genuine desire
to make a difference both within the team in which they work and to
